- We provide technical assistance (via phone or email) in order to help the customer select the best blade matrix for their application.
- We can also provide free blade samples for customers to try our products free of charge.
- We will NEVER shut a customer down due to dicing blade shortages.
- We will assist and educate customers in the proper dicing rules and guidelines.
- We will ship emergency rush orders to our customers in case of emergency in less than 24 hours.
